An in-house butcher will hand-cut an extensive collection of meats including American, Japanese and Australian Wagyu. Huntress flaunts a modern and chic dining room in the heart of Gaslamp Quarter. The main level is designed with strong architectural moments, such as a bold wall composed of framed butcher knives and a spectacular green-veined marble bar.
